Refund / Exchange Policy
No refunds permitted for wig units of any kind. No refunds will be provided for purchased hair or hair care products. Exchanges may be allowed, at the store owner's discretion, for bundles that have not been worn, used and still have the originals packagings and pattern.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy
Please allow 7-14 business days for fulfillment and additional time (depending on shipping selected at checkout) for tangible products. Please ensure you enter your correct shipping address at checkout. If you enter incorrect address information, you will be charged a re-shipping fee of $10.00.
