Wig Unit Measurements
If ordering a wig unit, please ensure your measurements are received by our customer support team within 48 hours of your purchase. If measurements are not received within this timeframe, we will utilize the small, medium or large option you selected during the Build Your Wig process.
Refund / Exchange Policy
No refunds permitted for wig units of any kind. No refunds will be provided for purchased hair or hair care products. Exchanges may be allowed, at the store owner's discretion, for bundles that have not been worn, used and still have the originals packagings and pattern.
Issues with Orders
If you are experiencing an issue with your order, please email our customer support team at orders@shopgoldengalore.com and our team will respond within 24-48 business hours.
Fulfillment/Shipping Policy
Please allow 7-14 business days for fulfillment and additional time (depending on shipping selected at checkout) for tangible products. Please ensure you enter your correct shipping address at checkout. If you enter incorrect address information, you will be charged a re-shipping fee of $10.00.
Hair Coloring Services
If you are purchasing a wig unit or bundles that require custom coloring (highlights, balayage, ombre or all over color), please send an email to our customer support team and an invoice will be sent to your email for these additional services. Please note, written communication is required within 48 hours of purchase if coloring is desired.
You have 2-3 business days to send in your measurements. Please allow 7-14 business days for fulfillment and additional time (depending on shipping selected at checkout) for tangible products. are not responsible for incorrect measurements. There will be a $200 fee to reconstruct the wig upon request. Contact us at goldengalorellc@gmail.com to place your request.
Product Issues
For product issues, please email our customer support team. If your product experienced leakage issues during shipment, please send a picture with description and order number to our team.
